The property was great. Well decorated, cool vibe, while still down to earth and relaxed. all the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom could have had better lighting and needed it's own trash can. There were no mirrors in the room (only in the bathroom) so that made it more difficult to share the space when showering/getting ready, but nothing insurmountable. Good outlets/USB ports available next to the beds. Comfortable bed/pillows. Quiet room. Cool decor.

The concierge at check-in did their best for me to solve out booking complications. They were friendly and helpful. The elevators are modern-cool, with dark tones in the daytime and well-lit in the evening. Good location for walking to the convention center, restaurants, etc. Quiet rooms, you cannot hear disturbances from the outside. The room has a view of the never-empty freeway. Makes you really feel like you're in LA, for better or for worse.

The shower water pressure in the suite was the best in any hotel I've stayed in. The hotel was as described, which is very important. The views are great from both rooms, not just the suites. Convenient location. Will definitely stay here again if I'm back for the TGAs.
